Thank you for choosing Vortessia. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines:
Please contact us at vortessia@vortessia.com before returning any item. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
Returned products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
Custom-made items, engraved pieces, personalized sizes, and items that are worn or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return or exchange.
For non-quality related returns, the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For custom rings already in production, a 30% restocking fee applies.
If your item has a quality issue, we will cover all shipping and fees for a free return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable and signature-required shipping method to avoid lost parcels.
Order Cancellation：
Orders can be canceled for free within 48 hours after purchase. For custom rings already in production, a 30% restocking fee applies.
Warranty：
All Vortessia jewelry is covered by a 1-year free warranty. We promise:
Free repairs and ring resizing (within ±1 size);
Free correction of manufacturing defects;
The warranty does not cover damage or discoloration caused by daily wear, accidents, chemicals (such as cosmetics, pools, cleaning agents), loss of gemstones, worn prongs, product loss, or theft ; Damage resulting from lack of regular maintenance is also not covered.
Kind Reminder:
Jewelry is delicate. Please avoid exposure to chemicals, vigorous activities, or wearing while sleeping. Regularly check prongs and store your jewelry properly to extend its lifespan.
